Wooohooooooo, decent money for what it is too had it on the market since late October, nothing at all till end of Jan ( as expected really ), then inundated with viewings and offered the asking price this morn
Get in there!
market is still good for well priced, well presented first time houses IMO
are they a cash buyer or do they have to get a mortgage
mortgages are harder to get these days especially for first time buyers with no deposits
your house is not sold till the money is in your bank

Yeah I know that but everyone is panicking that the market is dead, its not my opinion, well for keenyl priced low end houses anyway, lots of interest and an offer from a young lady with a mortgage ( 80% ) already agreed. If she fell through i'm sure I wouldnt struggle to sell again with all the interest!
New mortgages are up 11% in Jan and house prices rose on average by 0.9%, according to my sources at Knight Frank
Ive just bought a 3 bedroom flat/apartment last week, huge back door all to myself with great room for a garage , had to go self cert as i own my own business for the last 2 years.
markets strange my mates had his house for sale for 5 months with no signs of shifting
I went to look at a 1 bed flat on Saturday for £330k!
market is definitely good... if you own the property/properties.. if not you're basically fucked imo... although when i sell a couple fo mine later this year, obviously the places i'm looking to buy will have gone up as well, so it's swings and roundabouts as long as you're already on the ladder so to speak imo.
Mark - we have a few properties at the moment, but I want to settle in once place rather than moving around all the time.
smart move imo mate.
i'm fed up with the hassle of renting mine out for what really is minimal income, whilst in the meantime i'm living in a place that constantly needs improvement/stuff shifting about as we're short of space.
p.s. - retract my earlier statement about envy. somehow i managed to assume you were looking at that as a first timer.. despite seeng photos of your tv installation! doh!
