even sorted me out with the caliper i'd been after for about a year, ordered on the friday, arrived on the monday (cuold have done it on the saturday but it was complicated)

deffinitly impressive turn around times for parts, i'm sure he's got santa's sleigh tucked around somewhere to be able to get the bits to peole that quick

Because posting a letter isn't the same as placing an order that someone who's running a busy business has to collect together, package, and get to delivery service provider to be at the same stage as you posting a letter.

You plonker

Exactly.. thought you'd understand the difference between placing an order for several parts, and posting a letter.

it's very compareable to writing a letter

first you hae to select the sort of paper you are going to use because it's important that you use a heavy paper if you want to impress but you can get away with 80g paper if it's just to tell the milkman you are going to be out next thrusday

then you have to figure out how to write the letter

then the wording you are going to use

then it's got to make sense

etc etc

and don't forget that in this day and age you also need to remember that you have to tkae longer to write it by hand than to type it into a pc and print it out

and, after all that, you've still got to figure out how much it's going to cost to post to the destination

BRING OUT THE GIIIIIIIMP!

How many times have you bought from ebay, at say, 3pm and received your goods the very next morning? Especially with someone as busy as he must be.

Wink matt lewis motorsport

he is a good man , friendly and so on .

but sometimes very difficult to get hold of , phone very often for hours engaged

i ordered a lot of bits , 3 parcels in total , one parcel arrived within one week , second parcel after 2 week , but still waiting for the third parcel.

the problem is prob. the courier or royal mail or what so ever. but still waiting for the track and trace for parcel number 3 , please matt give us the track and trace number , so that i can sort it out and trace where the parcel is at the moment.

Regards Rob
