hello,
im going to view a sierra sapphire cosworth replica next saturday.
and i was wondering what i should check and look for on the sierra i.e areas that rott most common.its a 2.0l dohc by the way incase that opens up anythink else that could be wrong with it??

First of all, makesure it IS a replica

check areas for rust:
rear chassis legs
sills
rear arches
bulkhead where inner front wings join on (open doors and look on A pillar) inside around the bulkhead area
front floor pans if possible
inner wing where suspension cups mount on (usually side nearest the wing)

basically everywhere!
