not a lot, just that they usually let you get around 4-6 months into arrears before lenders start proceedings.
Best thing to do is go see a local financial adviser. My neighbour's just upped sticks and left his property cos local council have filed for bankruptcy over non-payment of council tax. But the financial adviser across the road told me that really, he didn't need to lose his house because he's going to be declared bankrupt, apparently there are ways and means around everything.....
