yes, quite a few of the parts are not to the specification you might expect from a car that looks like this.
I'll choose my words carefully, but as I said initially, I'm not going to pass comment as it's not entirely fair to the seller to repeat comments made by other people, no matter how much I trust them. That said, I certainly would not pay that money for this car myself, and that is based on my own opinion.

fair enough.. just wondered, as i've seen "grp 4" cars doing circuit work and imo they're not a patch on something setup for that kind of use... as mine should be (if i ever get it finished!

spaceframed = no racing or rallying really
its not original enough to collect
its too expensive to want to trackday it unless you're Porkie
its got some odd parts decisions as mentioned above.
If i was going to spend 20k on an escort with mac struts and a live axle Id want a mint shell with conventional prep, If was wanted a spaceframed car then Id also want DWIRS on four corners!!
seems a little strange

at the moment, absolutely nothing unfortunately.
time is in short supply and disposable income is comitted to other things right now. (not to mention me being a generally lazy cunt!). hoping to get it on track this summer with any luck but we'll see.
