Default iscv sizes required

Hi im looking for a few sizes off of a cosworth iscv if anyone has a spare they could measure, im having no luck finding a remote housing so decided to make one while im at work and have access to a lathe, pillar drill and bar stock.
I need the diameter where the two 'o' rings are and measurements from the mounting fack to both 'o'rings and the bottom face.

This is the sort of thing i need to machine.

Was looking on the bay earlyer and seen a few that could be made to fit, but idealy i want to use a cosworth valve as it saves cutting up the loom for different connectors.

Good point it does look the same but would need to check up on flow rates , we already have a idle map from before the new tb was fitted thats also why if possible i want to keep the cossie valve as it should just be plug and play.

Right....sorry mate got side tracked and finished off porting out my inlet trumpeds to a nice shine

Ok so there are 2 rubber sealing rings on the solenoid. The larger of the rings fits into a bore of bang on 30.00mm and the smaller or the rings sits in a bore of bang on 24.00mm

HTH
