Default Cam Seals???

Hi all, do i have to remove the camshaft to fit a new seal and gasket???

no, for the cam seal remove the cam belt & pulley the change the seal, rocker cover is straight foward. (remember to the engine before removing the belt)

As you are doing the rocker cover seal, take off the front caps/bearing housings, and apply sealer between the cap and head, just a THIN smear is enough, as it is a favourite leak area here, and at ends of rocker gasket.
Apart from that all easy, but if you can, use VITON seals as they are massively better than ford or std seals, about £9 each but wont leak, oil before installing too.
