OK, you've got......
the pick of the worlds road cars.
Anything you want.
But has to be diesel. Has to be a road car, therefore has to be fully road legal and run on standard pump diesel. The engine must have also come with the car from the factory ie. you can't put an Audi V10 diesel in a Fiesta.
What would you buy ? What would you do to it modifications wise ?
I'm hoping this could be an interesting thread do your best boys

New R8 V12 TDI thing is obvious choice.
But id get Banks Power to build me something badass like this...
www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2MmAJm_mhw
But with an engine etc more like the original Sidewinder, which went 222mph, road legal, reliable, 1300lbft, and even drove to the Salt Flats towing the big trailer with all their equipment in it...

erm i'd be quiet sad and get something like a vw transporter LWB and get it all kitted out with like a mobile workshop and storage and enough room for transporting 5 bikes with 5 seats then get it remapped lowered some cool looking alloys from the audi range like diamond cut s8 wheels and some other bits and bobs

I dont really like the feel of diesel engines for a performance car, I prefer the way petrol engines rev and sound, even though I acknowledge some diesels these days are extremely quick.
so for me, the only reason to get a diesel, is economy, so probably something like a focus tdci

Diesel R8 isn't out for 18 months or so.
I'll go for the 300000000 bhp one in the model XCE space-craft which does 10 times the speed of light, cracking engine in that, and chipped can do 11 times speed of light
