Where can I find a "cone filter holder" ?

Ok, got a cone filter in the 2wd, problem is it is not attached to anything at the moment (except the turbo intake hose
).
I have see a picture of a car with a vertical metal plate attached to the inner wing with a hole for the hose. Where can you get those from ? Or was it a custom job - in which case is anyone a fabricator on here who could make one for me ?

The one i am talking about costs a lot less than that as that is an air box not a bracket! I have the same one as Ian3door which you can just see in the following pic
