Default replacing bumper studs?

i have an old mondeo back bumper where 3 of the 4 studs have come out of the foam backing. how do i fix new ones in?

i am worried in case they dont stick in properly in case the bumper decides to go bye bye's whilst the car is in motion.

you need to dig out the metal support carefully then remove the broken studs, fit a bolt from the back then add a spot of weld to hold it, then put the metal support back in to the bumper foam and glue it in with tigerseal or silkaflex and let it harden before refitting..
hows that..

you could try gluing it but if the glue breaks then the bolt will just spin!
