Im surprised Lee got so wound up over that money comment TBH.
What Ricky-3Dr said is actually a comment a lot of people who dont know Lee would think im sure TBH.
Lee is a great guy, and those of us who know him reasonabley well, would be able to see what the attraction about him was personality wise, but anyone who doesnt know him would only actually be aware of:
He's a chubby funny looking fucker
He's got a lot of money and some cool cars
So if they were going to base their opinion on purely that info, and without knowing anything about Maria either, or what makes her tick, then the money is the logical choice.
Id have thought the opinion of anyone who knows SO little about either of them, shouldnt really be bothering Maria and Lee anyway, im surprised they didnt just ignore it really.
So as Im sure anyone who knows 1 or both of you well, will be really pleased for you, as you seem like you make each other genuinely happy, I wouldnt worry about what people who dont know you think, hell i wouldnt even too much what those who know you well think, so long as you both know you make each other happy, fuck all else matters anyway

FFS i only asked a simple question....why is it sooo important that these 2 are actually together
