That chrome number plate surround reminds me of my car when i first bought it as mine had one on. And yes i got a proper slating for it too!

Dave, if im honest im sat on the fence a little with this one, they do look really good but i think the way the car looked on the rondells suited your car to perfection.

Very nice car , wrong wheels IMO (only my opinion before people jump on me!!), they look to wide and stodgy , wrong colour as well. Rondels will work far better imo, very nice escort though

At the end of the day aslong as YOU(Dave) are happy with the wheels,who gives a fuck what anyone else thinks? ...you don't style the car to other peoples taste(i hope!)...and for the record,they look WAY better than the ooooooo so common Rondells

Wheels make or break a car think this is on the border, the back looks ruff & tuff its the fronts that let it down, but its your motor so who gives a shit what it looks like.

I think if you'd have gone from standard escos rims to these you would have got a much more positive response. The only problem I think you've got is how good the car looked previously.

wheels look find imo but you must remove the number plate surround i have been thinking that for a while and im glad others have said so. Other than that its sweet
