i'd take the power figure with a HUGE pinch of salt....and defo be prepared to pay for a full setup once it's bought, it sounds to me like he's added a different turbo since it's last setup.

i went to see this car as he wanted to do a deal on my sapphire, its a lovely car but he advised me strictly not to go over 5000 rpm as it would run lean as hell and melt vital parts 
bit of rust starting under kit too i noticed but very straight and nice car
