I'm looking at buying this ST3 from my local Ford dealer and wondered if it should have colour coded parking sensors ?

It made me think it might have had a rear end smash and had been replaced.

I can't find any other orange ones to look at.

If they were factory fit yes, also should hae been painted if retro fitted by the dealer, but might not have done it as its a bastid to match the paint

No, Definately an extra, When my mom comes back in hers ill post you a pic up, im 99% sure there colour coded, But as an extra from new.

I have ST3 & its not got parking sensors

the only extra spec over the ST2 on a ST3 is the full leather, and 6 disc in dash changer.

all other options are atill options, solor screen, sunroon, sat nat, elec heated seats, parking sensors, peal ajust, auto lights& wipers, auto dipping rear mirror to name a few

Question for you on my door cards there are 2 switches near the mirrors what are thay for i sudpect its something to do with alarm sensors?

Carlo: has the 25mm drop made the suspension any harder ?

there is only 1 switch IIRC on the drivers side , which looks like the passenger and rear window switches, which deativates the internal sensors if pressed just before you loack the car, for if you left a child or dog inthe car so that their movement won't triger the alarm.

the next time the alarm is unset/set it will revert back to normal.

Not sure mate i got them fitted the day i got the car so i havnt drove a standard one but it feels good no probs at all
