he's shit and doesn't "do ufc" he fight in a small organisation and is still unproven. He has had 1 fight against a total no hoper and now he's gonna fight "tank" abbot!
what a joke put him in with any TOP heavyweight and he'll get his ass handed to him!

Bas Rutten is training him and he's a totally different fighter to the one you see in them clips, he was a street brawler and now has genuine MMA skills.
Not sure how he would fare against a legitimate top notch fighter though, his 2 MMA fights so far have proven nothing, Tank is way past his prime as well and cant see Kimbo having too much of a problem with him.

From early on he looked out of puff, and had to keep taking breathers, from what I remember - not watching the shit again lol.
Just a bit of a clubber really, when that doesn't work nothing to fall back on.
Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't want to square up to him, but doesn't appear to me as very talented.

There is a serious lack of talent in the heavyweight section of MMA at the moment...which is why they are rehashing old shit and bringing in "money" fights.
Kimbo is a bit of a bare knuckle fighting/street brawling legend...but as an MMA fighter he has no credibility ... yet.
Even though he is well known as a bare knuckle fighter/street brawler he would not of been able to stand toe to toe with Pretty boy or Guv'nor.
He beat Mercer in an "exhibition" fight with a submission and his other mma victory came from TKO.
Not enough ground to say hes anywhere near a reputable MMA fighter.
Tank Abbott looks leaner and meaner than when we saw him fight Garry Turner at Cage Rage...
IMHO, both of these men are a bit past it...its meant to be an exhibition fight...both of these men will gas unless someone knocks someone else out.

You've still plenty of handy people about on the streets, probably a lot more so than in their day.
They were basically boxers, have all kinds of martial arts etc to contend with these days.

I like kimbo slice, he's something fresh, for the MMA crowd to take to.
Hes no doubt tough, strong, ruthless but obviously the skills are lacking, which i guess he will build as he trains and fights more proffesionally

I also think now he is training properly and learning holds, take downs and submissions and taking it seriously that he would have taken out Roy, Lenny and all the other fighters with a Boxing orientated Skill base! he would do it in the same way he beat Ray Mercer! A submission or
Kimbo is a big hard fucker who CAN have a fucking tear up! and is learning the skills needed to try and compete in MMA events....
he is no longer some bully having a punch up on the net! and the skills he is learning would make him able to beat just some big lump like Lenny easily in my opinion!
Kimbos on the front of one of the big MMA magazines this month... they are oviously taking him a bit more seriously
