Does anyone know when a cambelt change is due on a 1.7 puma 1998.
mates girlfreind has one with 108K on but there is no record of a change.

5 years or 80k whichever is earliest, and it is a good idea to do it early as the do snap and that is a huge bill!!!!!!!!

Same as above it's basically like a timing bomb you really don't want it to snap as all hell will break loose.

It is definately 5 years or 80k, my old mans a Ford dealer so I double checked. It was originally a longer interval but there were so many failures and claims against Ford they reduced it.

Get it changed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
