Tog 24 and if you manage to catch a decent sale or go to a retail outlet, you should get one for under £100.

I have a Winster jacket that cost me around £100. It is a fleece that zips into the water and windproof outer lining for extra protection. Ive camped up the side of scafell pike in november and was warm You dont need to spend sily money on the gear

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
As used by loads of military people, try:
Buffalo - Fleece Jacket
https://www.cotswoldoutdoor.com/webp...on=brand_intro
and/or
a Softie.
http://www.snugpakclothing.com/produ...sp?JBProdID=44
I have both and wear them on their own or even together (with no other layers) when fishing in winter. Been quite happy sat still for our in freezing conditions.
