Im doing an I.T course at college just now, we've been given a set of questions to answer and im just on the last one...........

"What is PAT testing"

Now i think i know what it is but can someone confirm what i believe it is

portable applience testing

testing of electrical items not fixed for earth faults and stuff?

ie from toaster to printers, phone chargers etc etc
