Which tank to use?
Converting my 1990 H plate 1400 CVH Mk4 Escort to Zetec power and needing an injection tank.
The motor factors are saying there's either an 86-89 or 89-90 available.
Mfi & Efi specific I'm guessing.
What one will fit the car's existing sender arrangement?

I would imagine that either would work with your sender, and either tank would fit. I'd go for the later one, plug your sender in and see if it works, if not, take it back and swap it for the other tank if you can?
Cant you keep your existing tank and run a little lift pump and swirl pot? Would cost abut the same as a new tank, but less hassle?

Not sure if the EFi tank uses a totally different setup (internal pump perhaps?), or it has a large or small hole etc...?
Using the existing tank and a seperate swirl pot is tempting but would like to keep it as factory as possible really....
