Cosworth are becoming a lot more involved in the aftermarket tuning world nowadays,they do a lot of Jap stuff for the Evo`s and Scoobys and have recently launched some really cool 350Z plenums that give 24Bhp alone.... 
This venture with Kahn will probably be an engine upgrade and engineering package to complement Kahn`s design studio work on the Range Rover.....

This was mentioned in an article about the owner buyingthe most expensive no plate F1 to fit to the cosworth range rover demo vehicle.
Some people are suggesting it is a range rover sport with a detuned cosworth F1 engine fitted, no evidence to back it up just a rumor.
