Default Equipment needed for making an exhaust?

Sorry this is abit random but I thought someone may be able to help as there seems to be alot of knowledgable people on the forum I'm currently not happy at work and have been looking for a while for a small business to start.

Something I've been wandering about for a while is a custom exhausts something along the lines of powerflow etc. But I was just wandering what would be invloved, equipment, skills, associated costs etc. Cheers for any help

If its a powerflow style exhaust, then you just need a hacksaw and a crappy mig welder.

Anything decent you need a TIG welder, chop saw, backpurging kit (if you wanna be flash)

And if you are going to make more than one you will need a ramp!

Not actually needed. You can get some very good thin guage constant radius stainless bends these days.

Any ideas on where to buy materials or links? Also would this be up to a standard that it could be sold. This is probably a pipe dream but thought it ask

i can get you all the materials,,,,,, my boss started making pattern exhausts in hes dads shed back in the 70's to pay for hes college and uni as he wanted to become a doctor,,,,,,,, hes now a millionare who takes surgery 1 afternoon a week and owns 16 warehouses, a distiburtion company, makes lots of other parts, supplys garages and motorfactors and works 2 days a week in the office doing fuck all but telling us how much stress hes under building a house whilst having 2 jobs and still finding time to have to make for hes family

please note that hes "building a house" involved developers telling him what he can and cant have

i DO feel for him,,,,,, well until i remember that i work over 50 hours a week making him 80 grand profit a month for hes company PERSONALLY to entitle me to 400 quid bonus....... and when we all hit bonus the cunt raises the fucking thing as he feels " its not as fun for the staff unless its treating like a competition",,,,,,,, no mate,,,,,, its no fun when we dont earn our fucking bonus at the end of the month,,,,,,,,,,, i promise you

sorry as said my boss started out making exhausts and 30odd years later he seems to be doing ok out of it,,,,,,, i dont see why the tight cunt never left uni and fucked that doctor bollox off,,,,,,, as in hes last 2 years he had a manager running the company,,,,,, he even admits he dont get paied well being a doctor,,,,,,, and he finds the hours can be stressfull ontop of running a business as a director,,,,,,, HALF A FUCKING DAY A MONTH FOR A PRIVATE PRACTISE FFS

PS: the price of cats ect are comming down aswell but we still make a few quid profit selling normal exhausts,,,,,,, timax part number FT504,,,,, the profit on that is almost as mental and the profir on a cat for a focus or a cat for a merc CLK

why make em if you can get the garages to buy them off you,,,,, all you gotta do is deliver em

i can get the prices for the materials though if your serious,,,, though be warned metal is going up in tube form
