what are the settings for escort cossie any help thanks

Try these Dave:

Front
Toe-in: 1mm - 1.5mm
Camber: 2.2 - 2.5 degrees negative.


Rear

Toe in: 1.5mm
Camber: 2 degrees negative.

Those are very good road car settings IMO.

As for castor - you cannot adjust it without coil-overs or proper top-mount-strut adjustors fitted.
