Thanks for the very kind words! Everyone else on the road now hates me it would seem! Always expected a little, but had no idea!
Phil - Sharp eye matey! You are quite correct - it isnt an S. It has an S badge on it (previous owner, not me!) which led to Thrush (who kindly made the sig for me) believing the car was an S. The sig needs changing now so will sort that at same time!
Still love Fords - must remember this was the only car I could find that offered me the same sort of thrill as the Cossie used to (only without that imminent death kinda feeling!)
B9KOS - DMS will have to wait for at least 12 months (I promised the wife!) I have many things to get used to though - engine in wrong place - 4x4, and of course smooth torque! Get yer arse down this way, and I will take you for a spin!
I will try to upload a couple more piccies later!

I'll bell you first Year model is 2002, as far as how much - too bloody much! It has only 22k on the clock, so I paid a bit of a premium for it based on condition, and being from Porsche. Not unhappy at all though - you can get them much cheaper than I did!

I completely agree about the DMS - just playing the politics game, though I think I will just plumb for the remap only.
Ref the lowering - Need to get used to it how it is first - already left my mark on the front splitter! Not sure if it is much different to your splitter - just body coloured IIRC!
I love the colour, and I am sooooo pleased!
I look forward to meeting up with you so you can show me just how good the suspension and the DMS is!

Cool mate me too we cam do some side by side kinda things 30-100mph kinda stuff. See if the difference is as big as it feels
You won't need the manthey suspension. A set of eibach springs will do
No you have an Aerokit front spoiler there my friend. Normally you would have the matching rear spoiler as it would have been factory fit. The previous owner has added that aftermarket... probably at the same time as he added the Turbo S badge hahahah...
They don't work on silver but look great on Seal grey

I am loving the smaller number plate - that is going to have to be a must I think. Still choosing the right private reg for it. I have one idea!

As far as the suspension is concerned, I cant do anything till after our Summer cruise in the south of France, as the car needs a 100mm clearance at the front to get on the train that takes us down to Avignon!
