What size is what compared to the garret ones.

what I found from researching few months ago, but depndant on spec of engine etc.

GT25R

Ball Bearing.
Watercooled.
Turbine Housing: 0.64a/r.
Compressor Housing: 0.80a/r.
Internally Wastegated.
Rated: 290hp.
Flange: T25/T28

GT2860RS aka "Disco Potato"

Ball Bearing.
Watercooled.
Turbine Housing: 0.64a/r or 0.86a/r
Compressor Housing: 0.60a/r.
Internally Wastegated.
Rated: 360hp.
Flange: T25/T28

GT2860R- 7

Ball Bearing.
Watercooled.
Turbine Housing: 0.64a/r.
Compressor Housing: 0.60a/r.
Internally Wastegated.
Rated: 400hp.
Flange: T25/T28 Inlet/Outlet Flanges

GT2871R

Ball Bearing.
Watercooled.
Turbine Housing: 0.64a/r or 0.86a/r.
Compressor Housing: 0.60a/r.
Internally Wastegated (14.7psi)
Rated: 460hp
Flange: T25/T28

GT3071R

Ball Bearing.
Watercooled.
Turbine Housing: 0.64, 0.86 or 1.06a/r
Compressor Housing: 0.70a/r.
Internally Wastegated.
Rated: 550hp.
Flange: T25.

GT35/40R

Ball Bearing.
Watercooled.
Turbine Housing: 0.63a/r, 0.82a/r or 1.06a/r.
Compressor Housing: 0.70a/r.
Externally Wastegated.
Rated: 700hp.
Flange: T3

There are so many variations with internal/external wastgate across the board and with a multitude of options for trim specs.. your best of seeking advice from the engine builder or your tuner to the best spec for your engine and set up..

The choice will decide on how well your car performs in the end!!

No real correlation - what sort of power are you after?

To be honest luke - those figures seem a little optimistic...

I'd not expect to see 450-460 out of a 3071

And only about 510-520 out of a 3076

2871R with the smaller exhaust housing IMO is closest to a .63 T34. Can do more power, but prob will spool up quicker TBH.

I cant remember if you can get it with a T3 flange so it will bolt on to a cossie manifold, but you prob can.

Diff downpipe flange tho.

I have a variation of the GT3071R for mine and im very confident, that power will be made.

There's 3 back ends available on the GT30 frame from memory luke - you've probably got the middle one

Will, you could be right there . Also opted to have the 5 bolt flange set up on the exhaust side as i want a v-band flange, no-one sells it over here though.. of to the states i go

Your on the ball mate, I found that a few weeks ago and they do alot of cool parts too, just got to get round to ordering it...

Ive got to the stage now though where im fed of signing for constant delieveries of new parts

okay im kidding i love it
