is it rigth that you have to wait till the correct time of day to sign up for the photo bucket acc or am i doing it wrong please help

I think you're right, cos they're so busy you have to wait till a certain time to sign up, you can use it anytime if you've already got an account, but you have to sign up and some ungodly hour
