Hi Guys

speedo and rev counter has stopped working
the car is at ford!! they have had it 2 days
and still can't find the fault

Anybody had this before??

they are charging £68 per hour

Sounds like a wheel speed,abs sensor.On the bmw's its the rear left if the speedo stops working

If they dont do any work they cant charge you just for "looking"

You shouldn't have to pay them for their 'training' in finding out whats wrong with it. You take it to Ford as they 'should' know straight away.

Pay for labour to repair it - argue like stink if they try and charge 'investigation time'

could be vss or at worst new cluster.

And £68 is fooking ludicrous!
