don't shoot me but on the same day that barton was remanded in custody for hitting someone/people with his fists a bloke who stabbed 3 people GOT BAIL!!!
how the fook does that work then?
He should have been told by the judge that if he even farts in public before his trial then he is locked up. thus freeing the jails up for those carry knifes around our streets

I hope the Crown Prosecution Service put a bail appeal in.
He can still get locked back up.
I also imagine one single breach of bail conditions will see him back inside too.

Barton's defence arranged a whole host of conditions for him to obide by, like being resident at Sporting Chance while ever on bail.
He is boarderline custody, hence the appeal.
So no special treatment here.
The Judge always put his neck on the line here, as they could be under Judicial Review fior this.
Be interesting to see if the CPS lodged an appeal, that is a good indicator of a bad decision by a Judge.
