its a bring your car and prove what it can do,however it can do it.its not a competition is it.
saying andy's front end,or gas is cheating is like saying the turbo owners are cheating by putting zetecs in them as it didnt come with it from factory.

Was still wondering if the plough caused temperature issues and if you datalogged your runs - just out of nosey interest as it covers a lot of the surface of the front.

YUM was flat out down brunters and on the rev limiter in 5th with loads of runway leaved
Shame l had a .86 5th gear of it could have been another story
Soon as box is back with .82 5th gear will be going back to see if we can reach the rev limited at 8k in 5th
And try improve on the 1/4, 100mph at 60mph times

and the snow plough was only put on for one reason as i doubt it made any difference
to get 192 at 2bar of boost on my first run and braking way early i'm sure if we got the boost perfect it would of easily went over 196 without the plough
we had boost problems at brands and found it to be the valve sticking in the wastegate we spent very little time re mapping the boost but hey you learn from your mistakes.
and next year the engine will dynoed for a top speed run and then checked in the car

We can do 200mph off gas no doubts, but not 215mph which is our next target to do that will require circa 1000bhp.
It takes around 720bhp to pull 200mph down Brunters if you have less its unlikely to happen. Forget late braking it makes no difference, look at your graph your car was flat out well before the end & gaining very little speed, 170-180 increment is over 60% slower than mine & from then on its all about Power.
