I'm trying to establish if there is any way to source a heated front screen for Audi TT Mk1?
They were never available from Audi AFAIK, presumably due to the FORD QuickClear patent.
Just wondering if there is anyone aftermarket able to supply them?
We want it for a race car so weight is important and don't want the added gubbins associated with a wet heater matrix and associated ducting.

The other possibility is a suitable electrical heating element arrangement which can be mounted in-line with a simple duct/fan which will blow hot air for demisting (we have the tubular duct mounted fan) - maybe the race/rally fraternity knows of such things??

Kit cars on SVA tests, comply if they have TWO elecky demisters on thier cars, don't know if any good or not.
