Only pic i've got, this is a couple of years old.
It's got a brushless 3.5 in it. Its 730w, and 1300g. Which is about 750hp per tonne.
It wheelspins pretty much all the time, and if you rev it in your hand splits the belted tyres in 2.

Heres the Crawler truck I built last year, based on a HPI Wheely King.
Integy chassis
Locked diffs
4WS (servo on each axle)
Gear reduction unit (second gearbox)
Integy 55turn motor
6" Integy shocks
Tamiya TXT wheels and tyres
Integy bent links
1/8th scale Chevy K-10 Blazer body
15" wheel base
Its got so much articulation the axle's go 90degrees to each other

Hi Simon
Wouldn't 2.2's be too big if its a scaler ? be better with 1.9's so they fit in the archers , but then it depends what your building i guess .
I got to get my finger out my butt as im selling all my stuff as i dont get time to go crawling anymore , dont think i've any 2'2's but i do have some silver alloy 1.9 non beadlok like the ones on the silver mitsi .

Rock Out!!
I was never that interested in the rc cars when I was young, but I always liked the idea of a big tank.
After looking at this thread, i had a quick trawl and found this....
http://www.mark-1-tank.co.uk/king-tiger.html
what a monster, now if it wasnt nearly £7,000 I would have that

I've got this..
It's a Tamiya Tl01 - i've had it for er.. 9 1/2 years
in that time, i've had to replace pretty much everything as i was fucking about with it at work one day and the shit std speed controller stuck open and it got pancaked by a 13tonner
She now runs a 12 turn triple, some weird electronic speed controller that cost me 130 quid back then that has a brake instead of reverse, Masitally VT7's Haven't used it in probably 5 - 6 years as the std battery lasts approx 2 minutes and at the speed the psychotic fucking thing runs at, it goes a long way. converted it to rear wheel drive with a sea fishing weight in the front of it so it doesn't just sit there and smoke the tyres up
the fuckin thing is so insane that if you stick its nose against a kerb, it'll MELT the rear tyres before the battery runs out Never actually got round to doing a top speed run on it, but it fuckin shifts !
As you can see from the pics, it's in a pretty bad state, but i guess that's what happens when you hit kirbs / drains / cars / people at rediculous speeds
