get an ahmed bayjoo chip next, i've got the same set up as you with chip R/R'd @ 196bhp, next would be hybrid turbo and cams see you well over 200bhp

Car looks nice mate

You've got the GRS so charge temps won't be a prob.

I would say Chipping the ECU would be the next step so you can run the car with more boost I beleive without the chip you can only run the car at 10psi (could be worth changing the actuator to a -31 while you are there if the one on there is old). With a chip you should be fine for about 15psi of boost. Ensure the car is set up by somebody that knows what they are doing and it should feel like a new car. If that isn't enough you can start looking at camshafts and cylinder head work.

On a quick note though it may be worth checking what you can do to the car legally as I know the French powers that be get quite upset if you start tweeking an engine to increase its power output.

15 psi is around 1 bar isn't it.
A few months ago i had a problem installing the bleedvalve, they gave my wrong instructions. After i installed the bleedvalve the car was running at 1.5 bar boost was real fun till my pistons were not round anymore The car didn't get enough feul. So i went to a tuner in holland and he said it was impossible to run so much boost without a other ECU but as far a i know mine is orginal....
So i am thinking to get a fifth injector as well and a oilbreather and swirlpot.
but i think it is going to cost losts of $$
can anybody give my a price???

5th injector isn't really needed at that state of tune. There are plenty of people over here running 20psi without using one.

I beleive 14.7psi is equal to 1bar.

You don't need a new ECU to run more boost but you will need your ECU to be chipped or the cars overboost protection will kick in.

The oil breather won't do any harm and will help the engine to breath as it should.

The fueling on these cars is governed mechanically rather than electronicly. You just need to take care in setting the car up.

You need a chipped ECU or to get your ECU chipped to get more boost

Also a boost gauge is a must asnd I presume you have one to know what boost your pistons melted at

New actuator is about £70 GBP
Oil Breather roughly £70-£120 depending second hand or new and what make
Swirl post £40-£70 same as above

Chipped ECU's - need to be careful on this and range from £100-£170 depending what spec chip is for and by whom

So i don't need another cam or head??
I was thinking of a low comp. bottom end...
and what will be the time at a 1/4 mile with +/- 200 bhp
now with standard engine i had a 16.5 sec
i am hoping it is in the 14 sec...

14 sec 1/4's

I'd say low comp bottom end, nice head/cam combo and matched turbo, obviously chipped ECU and I'd go for a -34 actuator

Looking at about 18-20psi to do this and proper engine, built by a professional
