what do you all eat? or what is typical food this time of year?

Alex its turkey here in England as above

Most common food for christmas anyway, and we normally have turkey, stuffing, mash potatoes, roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding, some of those little sausages wrapped in bacon, and veg, all with some gravy on top

We have Turkey which replaces chicken in a normal roast dinner.

Dont like Turkey, too dry, prefer Chicken.

But TBH all i really like is little sausages wrapped in bacon, i just eat them, millions of em, lol

As said Turkey is only dry if you dont cook it right imo..




Turkey is the traditional feast at this time of year, with loads of other things (more or less what else can fit on the plate) And Christmas pudding for desert.

I am going to have ribs/spareribs/ pork ribs, as we usally have that.
but allot of people have "pinnekjřtt" or mutton ribs i think the name is


its basecly lam bones with some meat on it

and allot of people also eat "lutefisk" or stockfish

its like gel, but taste like crap

We always have roast pheasants, with game chips, parsnips roasted in parmesan, brussels, etc.

Turkey and pork, mash, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, parsnip, sweet potato, turnip, sprouts, leeks with cheese sauce, homemade apple sauce, plenty of paxo, proper sausage meat stuffing, pigs in blankets, yorkshire puds, with a proper homemade gravy!
