hard to say mate, tall engine I presume?? does it have inlet exhaust manifolds, sensors, flywheel etc.....

If its genuine ford never ran then its got to be worth a good few quid.

How much is he asking?

are we talking cossi yb 4x4? surly its got to be worth more than Ł1500 as used ones go for more than that.. i wouldnt be suprised if its worth around the Ł4k mark

That what i would say a bare head(new) cost Ł1500 then block rods etc
its a 4x4 yb in a box from ford no manifolds just cam belt and cover

Its as good as it gets imo and can u really put a price on it??

About 10 years ago,graham goode had a few crated 4x4 engines and they went for Ł3000 each,i would say around the same money now...if you can get one for Ł1500,snap it up as that is good used 4x4 engine money and a new 200 block are up for Ł1700 at the moment!

it was un skimmed and in mint condition it had only done 25k from crate

I am not sure about nick,the only reason that i know the price,is that my old 3 door that popeye bought from me had one fitted and it was in the reciepts from graham goode.That price was unfitted!
