Indian Food.....
Right, I just had a Chicken Jalfrasie from a well known Indian near me, and I bought it thinking it was mild
Normally I eat a Madras, but fancied a change....
Are Jalfrasie's normally hotter than a Madras? Or am I being proper soft about this as to me, It was proper hot
Nice though, Id have another

all these names are english and not indian derivitives
basicly ask them to make it either hotter or not as hot as what you've previously eaten
the problem with chilli is that if the body doesn't break it down and digest it, it burns just as badly on the way out as it did on the way in

I dont care if it translates as a plate full of donkey shit its what we know them by so thats what we call them
Jalfrezi catches a lot of people out, usually quite hot at most places, probably about same strength as a madras I reckon obviously may vary slightly from place to place but I've never seen or heard of a mild one.

we have found 2 that we quite like, actually 3.
the 3rd one that delivers to us is not bad
2nd is much better but you have to pick it up, so that rules that ou most of the time as im usually on the beers by 4pm
and the best is very good, plus a big point is there round the corner from the pub we go too in harbord, there cheese nams are to die for.
i've even started to make my own now and not coming out to bad, quite alot of prep work to make them though i find

what makes me laugh is that if we go out to an indian resteraunt we know exactly what we want to order and the indians who serve us know exactly what we want to order, it's you non indians that they are confusing
but saying that, if we are eating burgers and chips and stuff, we call it english food

but you lot EXPECT food to look a certain way, so we make it look a certain way and then just change the colour to make it look mor or less spicey
went to my mates sons 1st birthday party the other day and even though the food was all nice, there was no taste to it like what i'm used to
imagine eating chips with laods of salt and vineger and chilli scause and stuff on them and then havig to eat just the chips on their won, it's like eating raw potato
and anyway, we've been besigned with chilli in ind so we don't suffer as much as you lot do
one more thing, if you know certain foods burn your mouth and your arse, why do you keep eating them
