i checked on autodata for you stu its gives 2.10 hours for both rear springs on yours

local garage is gonna do em, 80quid + vat. tbh its 90 odd quid i could do without spending but fuck it ive been told stories of bolts snapping etc so id sooner just give it to them and let them have any potential agro + not freeze my arse off on the drive between a 15 hour stint at one job and an evening freezing my arse off on my other!
