2wd cossie gearbox--
out of curisoity how much power and abuse can they handle.. im thinking around 400bhp, not many hard launches, but once rolling gets hammerd threw all gears, but not all the time 
so would a standard 2wd box be ok for 400bhp

All depends on how ya drive it & what condition it's in to begin with mate !
My old Saph was 425hp, I did 3 T5's in a year, but also did 2 props & 28 diff's !
In me new one, the T5's syncro's gone in 4th, apart from that feels okay up til now
But will be replaced January when the car comes off road for couple months !
400hp with someone who doesn't drive like a c**t should be fine ! They can take more

mine blew standard box and diff at 370hp
lord knows what condition they were in before the new engine though, i put the engine in first before uprating the rest of the car - wrong way round
now got a quaife t5 and an r+d gripper diff - not cheap at 3.5k though

just so you know,i bought jb fletchs engine off him and my box was fine with it,still did a diff but the box held up nicely with general (ie not jb fletch style mental driving) fast road driving!

i believe it may have been the "flamboyant" fletch style yes mate!!
at the mo im just bumbling around in slow cars while i get some cash together,then im looking at some very cool stuff,more than likely a ford,difficult to get them outta the system.
your new motor looks awesome fella,hopefully ill get a passenger ride in it sometime!

not at brize anymore,left the RAF thankfully with all the bollocks going on in the military now,am just down the rd in cheltenham now,driving HGVs! look forward to the ride!
