Ive done it myself mate but obviously smaller proportions, Ł200 here and there, no longer friends with anyone ive lent money to other than one who paid me back pretty much instantly.

Money is tricky for me i remember chip buying me some socks (long story) and flip flops and wouldnt accept any money for them and i STILL feel guilty and that was 5 years ago!

Dont know where the fuck the slippery little cunt has got to I managed to track down where he was staying and turned up there to break his legs and he gave me a GT42R as an interest payment to stop me and promised the money would follow shortly, then he just fucked off again.
Real shame as we used to be good mates and he never intended to end up oweing me money or fucking me over in the first place I know.
Thing is if he had just been honest with me I'd have written it off possibly or just let him pay it back in bits and pieces or worked it off helping on my cars or sometihng, its the total spineless way he just cleared off that pissed me off.

Im guessing thats the same with you Lee, if Brom and Lewis had kept in touch and treated you with respect the money wouldnt actually have bothered you as in your position im guessing its amounts that dont really matter if you lose, its just the principle?

the low boost SC kit is 250-260 bhp

edit add, i just missed out on a second hand SC kit for 1500, so would have been a straight swap money wise for the SC soooo gutted

 

I think the train ride from plymouth to bridgewater is what killed me. when you go over the bit near the sea just before exeter and it gets really bumpy, amplified by around 4 litres of malibu/vodka/rum/jaegerbombs rattling around in your stomach and the fact your on a train sitting facing the back of the train is a recipe for total mongness.

I didnt realise id feel so shit! Spent Ł250 that night, around Ł80 getting pissed in looe on the streets on a bottle of rum mixed with coke and then the rest in plymouth in certain establishments.
