Default Buying things from america??

is there a limit on what i can order without getting stung??

like for example i can order upto 140 GBP but not get import tax stung???


or would i get stung on ANY items i buy?

Tbh i dotn think so, my m8 bought a induction kit for his jag, it was £80 GPB got stung for £19.00 import tax..

Dependant on how they ship it really, if they can send it in unbranded packaging and as a gift, should 90% time get away with it....

Insurance if lost is the risk then..

Other option is to send it as a warrenty replacement as im let to believe you cant get taxed on that. (not possitive on that ).

Ive had around 8 ish shipments over the last 4 months and not had to pay a penny so far.

Depends on size of package if its small like the Dynojet Wideband AFR kit i got this year not likely to get caught.

usually anythigng over £80 you will get stung on import tax

as its the total is written on the slip when sent of hwow much its worth etc i think

alls i know is anything ive had over £80 ive been stung

in my experience its just pot luck as to wether or not you get 'stung' ive paid import duty on something as cheap as $10 however i also managed to avoid it when i bought a stroker kit (steel crank, rods, pistons) for the Evo
