did a few odd jobs last week around the house
and here are the pics to proove it
and i also cleared the cupboard under the stairs, fixed loads of drafty windows, put the shelves up in the spare room and generally did loads of tidying up that the mrs can't see
and for my troubles all i got was "why havn't you done anything all week? i bet you sat on your arse and watched telly moan moan moan" and a little while later she was like "where's this gone?" and "did you move anything under the stairs?" or "why is the hoover there, what was there before? i can't remember" etc
the only thing i couldn't do before she came back from work everyday was to paper the plywood because i'm not too sure if it'll stick
the other question is more of a carpet question, the little lip i've got at the bottom of the wiring panel sticks out a bit and i want to carpet it, so should i just spray some glue there and stick it on or would it be much easier with a hammer and nails?
every wire i will ever need is already there and the plugs for all the items are at the top all tucked away nice and neatly (well, they will be once i've put another panel in the way to cover them up)
marks out of 10 please

the jungle has made way for a garden, the wires have been hidden from juniors inquisitive hands, what more could be asked for
do a before and after of your workshop and we can compare notes

You done this all this last week??
Grass grows awful quick for November where you stay!
Don't think I've ever seen someone with a telly bigger than their entire Fireplace before.
Keep up the good work tho, getting there.
