Broadband - whats average bandwidth usage
Sorry Stu - I know this is wrong forum, but kinda need an answer tonight..
Am moving house this week, and getting a new broadband package. Have signed up to 5GB a month, as it is now limited- wasn't when I joined up last time
Thought I'd be OK with this, as am not often downloading, but have just viewed my stats on plus, and found this
This is 3 people sharing, but my new one will be for 2 sharing, so I'm thinking I've massively underestimated...
Whats your average?? Anyone know?? This seems ridiculous?
Cheers

It does sound like someone is downloading films... as even mp3's at an average of 5meg per mp3 and 15 tracks per album... is around 26 albums per day (2gig)!
My bandwidth is stupid... but that's because I've got a network of over 30 pc's/servers at home sharing my connection.. but just for surfing/emails.. 5gb per month should be more than adequate.

Those stats are just plain dodgy if you ask me! Nothing for a whole week? Were you on holiday?
