After you click play online the next screen should have a list on the left and your name in a box on the right hand side, go down to party invite then invite your friends etc then search for games!!!
It will only let you join a team game not a free for all, which is crap tbh
Or if you have 10 people on your party invite you can start a private "free for all" match but you dont gain any points for this

I fooked off Need For Speed pro, was looking forward to it but just plainly shite, so traded it in for Kane and Lynch...good game fooking hard tho.
