Defi controller unit 2

hi all,
just wondering is the lighting on it suppose 2 stay on all the time as i left the car for 2 hours, went back 2 it and the unit lights were still on.

any ideas why ???

Because you have connected the back lighting to a permanent live instead of the lighting circuit.
