Tinfoil deflects some of the heat. This is why it was not cooked through

Every other cunt was saying cover it, so I presumed you had this down as going without saying I thought you had to cover it so as not to dry it out?
Erik - Taryn makes the BEST roast beef I have ever had in my life, and my old grandad used to hold that title, since he was a naval commander and spent many a year cooking in the navy cos most of the chefs were shit But I thought that it would take too long for Tee to fly over to cook my beef for me
