the fuel pressure on a cossy is 3.5 bar at idle, just over 50 psi,up to you but i wouldnt like to risk petrol spraying over a hot engine.aeroquip is expensive, but its also very safe.

i understand that, how will i get the aeroquip to fit to the metal fuel pipe on the rs then ? its just a metal tube it normally uses the plastic push fitment that has to be cut off

have the fittings welded to the rail or buy a billet fuel rail.

i know the rail needs welding on, i meant the exhisting fuel pipe on the rst its just a metal pipe coming up the bulkhead, fitting to that is what im not sure about

just replace the metal pipe with aeroquip hose,it will make it easier to fit to the fuel pump then.or/ you can flare the metal pipe like brake lines and get a fitting to convert to the aeroquip.

If you contact think automotive as i mentioned above you can buy push fit hose fittings.

so you can mate up existing fittings with aeroquip fittings and push fit the same diameter rubber hose on.. No need for jubilee clips either. works a treat.

cost wise to do your engine bay fuel lines.

£50 tops.
