So, for the sake of 15p it will cost you to ring and ask for a proper number or find out it's a scam, you are going to miss out?

Go to a phonebox, stick a £1 coin in, that way the most you can lose is a £1.

Look at 99% iof the other adverts mate, they're mostly 07000 [or whatever] numbers anyway.

Not a scam- its to protect peoples mobile numbers.

Autotrader do similar..

Back in the day the 0700 numbers were linked to your mobile and house and basically diverted it to where you wanted.

I see so it is all above board then BUT WHY seems odd to me end of the day your going to get calls wether it be days or wks later with some poeple Unless its some DODGY seller trying to hide that fact he's a trader and does'nt want the tax man clocking him selling on the side (cash in hand) i know someone that was doing that he just put differnt numbers to ring from time to time

O'well may call it then again may not

Are you being deliberately styoooopid??

TAKE A POUND COIN TO A PHONE BOX AND CALL FROM THERE.

If you're that worried, if not, text me the number and I'll fucking ring it. But I'll buy the bike if it's so cheap and make a profit when I sell it onto you, through an advert with a normal mobile number [which will cost you more ]

If your phone provider is telling you it's 15p per minute, guess what...

It's 15p per minute!!! If you hang up before a minute is up, guess how much you'll get charged?

They have the same on autotrader. Its a free service to the person who placed the add to hide their number from the advert. The person ringing get charged a set amount to pay for the service. Nothing sinister about it Think its called Telesafe or something
