FAO Stu : ST Escos running 350bhp+
Hi mate,
Not been on here loads recently, just wondered if you ever finished your retail DIY conversion for Escos ST models.
I know Will's isnt finished, but wondered if you ever got everything else sorted, or if you are far off from completing?

Andy, not sure now what the conversion consisted of, but might have even been a swap of that
Just interested because a LOT of people (including myself) if looking for an escos would be VERY put off my the max 300bhp of the ST model..
Might not have been 350bhp, maybe 330, but around that mark anyway

But has he fininshed it to the retail market?
I'm guessing not as it would be a major selling point for his business
Wast just interested in case I decide to go for a ST Escos...

I'm sure if you give MSD a ring they will fill you in on the rest of the details

IIRC, (may well be out of date by now)
that he had developed it, BUT couldn't encrypt it so for all his work and time and investment , it could be copied v easily once the car had been taken away.... = not good business sense if you cant protect your investments

Ah yeh I remember something about that..
MUST be a way of protecting it, but then again there will always be a way to break protection..
Shame really
