Head unit help, TV on the move!?

Hi all.

Noticed these 7" screen headunits play TV aswell, can you get digital TV on them? as the normal channel is being turned off aint it?

i got a tv din 7 inch screen for sale £50 just use the mobile adaptor and u got digital freeview in the car that easy

just doing think you can move whilst the kids in the back watch E4, digital just dont work whilst the cars moving, and it aint much cop whilst parked up, i use an powered amplifier and powered amplified antenna, which works just about!
