Where can i go shopping?
Sound like a stupid question i know!
But i want to go shopping tomorrow, shoes, clothes etc etc
I'm inIpswich and was gonna go to Milton Keynes as i know this has a semi decent shopping centre, but then i thought about lakeside!
But where else is good for shopping?
Your suggestions would be appreciated!

Ipswitch to Lakeside is a TREK! 
I went from mine (which is a 20-30min drive from Lakeside) to Ipswitch once and it was LOOOOOOOOOOONG
Plus Lakeside is a bit pants if you ask me But then I hate shopping centres
If you're gonna make that trip, might aswell do a few extra miles and go to Blue Water I guess.....

bluewater, tho over price and rated
lakeside for me, as its 5mins away,
tho i also like mk centre
londons good, but as near christmas it will allready be very busy,
best bet is a long wkd in NYC

Thrush - Lakeside from mine wil probably take about an hour and a half tops! And milton keynes is a very similar journey so dont mind driving that distance to do some heavy duty shopping!
Chip - Good idea...but i HATE shopping in London!!
Fil - NYC, thought about it as i have 2 weeks off in decmeber, but at this time of year its about Ł600 for 3 days!! Thats valuable shoe money im losing!!

Team HOTHOT!
The Trafford Center is awesome, I went a couple of weeks ago with the wife and we had a great time, didn't need to spend a lot and just got crimbo gifts and the like, but what a place - it reminded me of the shopping malls in Las Vegas - especially down by the feeding areas

Are you after designer stuff or just lots of different shops?
I get all my stuff from Turners in Colchester on crouch street (near the sexual health clinic 
). They used to have seperate shops for men and women but now they've moved into 1. You can get Armani, Paul Smith, Nichole Farhi, Hugo Boss etc etc.... Its a designer boutique though, not a discount place with 10 seasons old stuff like freeport
Colchester in general is a better place to shop IMO
Sometimes hit bluewater too. Like you say, little bit over an hour to get there if the traffic is ok.

well i ended up going to Milton Keynes on tuesday, and then lakeside and bluewater on wednesday...... and i still didnt find what i needed!
