I would put the police onto this as his previous comments show him admitting to fraud and admitting to receiving money via deception. He was obviously a gold member so passionford will have his payment details,he also hinted that he is building/renovating a new house and has posted picture and numberplate of a car he owns so will be easily trackable.

You have nothing more to lose so go for it.

God knows whose house he's building/renovating but they should probably watch themselves as he'll be off with their money next

Yes, they will want to know about this and perhaps its because of people not reporting this type of theft so many get away with it. If Ellicos reports this and then goes to the small claims to get his money back then this gives him a better chance of success.

Do you know Radiant Red has no prior convictions or has not been reported for this type of offence before? He could have a criminal record which could be his downfall.
