Ginge - i'm a big fan of the Yokohama AO48R's - they're slightly harder so don't 'go off' as quick.

I looked on toyo web site and it says they dont come in a 215/40 r17.
It says a 205 is cool on an 8 " rim, whats peoples thoughts?

i used to have 215/40/17 on my old cossie on 8ins rims and all i done was kurb the fuckers,,, anoying on black wheels
i also got 245/50/17 on 8.5ins on the rear ( the 325 has traction issues honest ) and again they sit right
aint to harsh to drive either
